Product Description Our faucets. and their parts are guaranteed for a lifetime, but just in case you'd like to make some repairs on your own we've made some parts available for you to order. From the Manufacturer (1) The copper tube must be 1/2" nominal copper with a minimum length of 2 3/4" (70 mm) to a maximum length of 4 1/4" (108 mm) from finished face of tub or wall. (2) Important: If it is necessary to cut the copper tube, the end must be chamferred free of burrs to prevent cutting or nicking o-ring inside the spout. (3) Slide spout over copper tube flush with the finished tub or wall surface. (4) Tighten set screw but do not overtighten.
